  • Using digital workflows, ServiceNow lets Team Telaid spend less time doing paperwork and searching for information, and more time collaborating with you and critical stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget. 
  • ServiceNow facilitates labor management to ensure we can quickly identify and assign the right resources to your field projects in an efficient and timely manner, resulting in more efficient on-site service. 
  • We’re able to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your project in real time, for instant insight into the success of the project. These KPIs include things like technician ETAs, technician no-shows, first visit resolution and accomplished milestones.
