That pace of change doesn’t just affect our customers; it affects our teams, too. Our focus is on making sure Telaid employees are supported, equipped, and ready to grow as the business evolves. That means keeping a close eye on what our workforce needs now, and what they’ll need next. ## Providing Support Across a Growing Footprint As Telaid continues to grow, so does our employee base - both in size and geographic spread. We now have team members in more states than ever before, each with unique needs based on their location. Our HR team spends time understanding the local resources and benefits available in each state so we can offer relevant guidance when employees need support. Whether someone is navigating a personal challenge or looking for development opportunities, we want them to know they have a team behind them that’s ready to help.   ## Aligning Development with Business Needs Our customers are constantly adopting new technologies, including AI, computer vision, RFID, and more. That shift requires our employees to understand these tools and how they apply in real-world environments. To help with this, we’ve been exploring AI-powered learning platforms that can recommend training paths based on employees’ goals and roles. The goal isn’t just to build knowledge - it’s to provide learning that’s relevant, timely, and easy to apply.   ## Supporting Change as a Core Capability Change has always been part of the job, but the frequency and scale of change today require a different level of readiness. From internal system updates to new client standards, we know change can be disruptive if employees don’t feel prepared. That’s why we’re building more structure around how we communicate change and offer support during transitions. The goal is to reduce friction, build confidence, and make change something our employees can manage, not something they have to work around.   ## Responding to a Changing Workforce We’re also seeing shifts in what employees expect from work. Priorities around career growth, flexibility, and development have evolved, especially in a post-COVID environment. That’s not a challenge; it’s just the next thing to plan for. We’re focused on listening, asking questions, and understanding what motivates our employees today so we can build programs that support them. The better we understand what people need, the better positioned we are to keep strong teams in place. People and Culture at Telaid is about more than policies and benefits.
