This gathering of the Salesforce user community extended far beyond a typical user conference. Attendees were treated to a glimpse into a future powered by AI through a discussion between Marc Beinoff, Co-founder and CEO of Salesforce, and Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA. At Telaid, we’re excited to leverage these new tools to empower our marketing, sales and customer service teams to grow with the faster pace of today’s business environment. By leveraging AI agents to enhance our team’s capabilities, we’ll be able to automate tasks and collaborate better to solve complex challenges. We already know that AI will empower businesses to work more productively and efficiently. During the conference, I started reflecting on the continued growth of Telaid’s capabilities, our customers, partners and the future innovation of technology in the industries we serve. Custom built “AI agents” will serve as micro-specialists in their field, offering deep insights, prescriptive solutions and participating in problem-solving similar to a human, but with a greater degree of specialization and access to far more data than is possible with a single human brain. AI will allow Telaid to advance our project management capabilities, technical problem-solving capacity and engineering precision to a revolutionary level. Together with Telaid’s outstanding employees, we’ll achieve an enhanced ability to deliver each customer precisely the solutions and support they require for business success. Just as we’ve always done, Telaid is racing to adopt and accelerate new technology as a part of our internal operations and the solutions we engineer for our customers. As an example, [DeviceWatch](https://www.telaid.com/solutions/devicewatch/) leverages AI to proactively monitor network devices and self-heal for fully automated, streamlined network and device management. It is sharply reducing network downtime and freeing precious IT resources. [Vision AI solutions](https://www.telaid.com/solutions/vision-ai/), accelerated by NVIDIA technologies, are changing the game when it comes to the loss prevention and asset protection solutions we offer, putting criminals on the defensive and proactively addressing potential risks before they become security liabilities. On the marketing and solution development side, we’re leveraging AI to better understand critical marketplace needs and deliver prospects and customers the information they desire to self-educate and pinpoint the areas where they need assistance. Our amazing Sales Operations Manager, Annette, explained how, by automating internal sales operations, our sales team will be empowered with time and information that will allow them to better scope solutions and services, keep a finger on the pulse of our customers’ projects and support them in effective and meaningful ways.   As we continue to push the envelope on new AI use cases, we make it a point to carefully vet and assemble an ecosystem of partners who will advance the ethical, effective use of AI in the industries we serve. The vision AI solutions we deploy are accelerated by the powerful NVIDIA technologies that Huang describes. Our best-of-breed ISV partners are laser-focused on solving specific business challenges, from physical security and safety to operational optimization, customer experience and more.
