Perhaps the most important part is asking the flurry of questions that define the goals of the integration. We explore objectives, stakeholders and processes with questions including:

- What data is needed?
- What platform are you using?
- Do you have a team dedicated to this initiative?
- What is your timeframe?
We then map out the integration process from a technical standpoint. Which data and views is the customer comfortable sharing with Telaid? We assign the appropriate technical resources from Telaid to program the interface between the two systems using APIs. We conduct security and performance testing to ensure the integrity of the integration.
Finally, we engage in training with all stakeholders on the new interface. We talk about the process and how the system will be used to place requests and communicate for maximum efficiency.
